OBLIGATIONS CONTRACT FOR UNIVERSITY NETWORK SECURITY

Applicants are expected to read the following articles carefully

   加入浙江大学校园计算机网络的用户，必须认真阅读本网络安全责任书，并遵守责任书中的各项规定。

Users of Zhejiang University network service must read the OBLIGATIONS CONTRACT FOR UNIVERSITY NETWORK SECURITY carefully, and observe the regulations stipulated in it.

1. 遵守《中华人民共和国计算机信息系统安全保护条例》及国家其他有关应法律和法规的规定。

1.Users must abide by “RPC security statutes for computer information system” as well as other relevant Chinese laws and regulations.

2. 严格执行安全保密制度，不利用国际互联网从事危害国家安全、泄密国家秘密等违法犯罪活动，不制作、查阅、复制和传播妨碍社会治安的信息和淫秽色情等信息。若发现该类信息，有义务向有关部门报告。

2. It is illegal to engage in activities which may threaten Chinese national security by internet. Internet users are NOT allowed to produce, read, make copies of or disseminate any content may threaten the public security or of pornographic nature. If anyone finds such content, he/she is responsible to report to the departments concerned.

3. 保证妥善保管好已申请的帐号和密码，愿意承担帐号使用所产生的一切责任。

3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password and are fully responsible for all the consequences caused by the using of the account.

4. 服从学校有关部门依法对网络进行的监督检查，并对学校采取的必要措施予以积极的配合。

4. Users are expected to comply with the legal supervision of university network by of departments concerned of Zhejiang University and give cooperation to necessary measures taken by university authorities.

5. 自觉遵守学校有关联网收费管理条例。主动向校园网络中心缴纳相关费用。

5. Users must observe the rules of university network fee payment and pay fees to the university network center in time.

6. 网络帐号长期不用或离校时，将及时办理帐号的暂停或注销手续。

6. Users should go through procedures for suspending or nullifying the accounts in time if the accounts are to be kept unused for a long time or the users finish schooling.

7. 违反本责任条例的规定，同时触犯其他有关法律、行政法规的，将接受处罚直至承担法律责任。

7. Anybody who violates the clauses of the OBLIGATIONS CONTRACT FOR UNIVERSITY NETWORK SECURITY and at the same time breaks other Chinese laws and decrees will be penalized or even faces legal consequences.
